To comply with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) requirements and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request the full deletion of your personal data associated with your account or use of our services. Follow the steps below.

Send an email to the address below with the subject: «Data Deletion Request».

Attach a copy of your ID card, passport, or valid identity document to verify your identity.

In the body of the message, specify the scope of the deletion you want: full account, data for a specific application, or only certain data. If not specified, we will assume full deletion of all data associated with you.

We commit to processing your request within a maximum of 72 business hours, unless a legal obligation (e.g. billing retention) requires us to keep certain data for a longer period, in accordance with applicable law.
